Really good stay at the zoo!

The staff surprised us with a room upgrade. The rooms were clean and neat. I also want to thank Ms. Tiruni and Kopila for their genuine care. I appreciated their attentiveness .
The enclosures for the animals seemed small. I was disappointed with the Pixidrive photographers. Their exorbitant prices for digital photo files bothered me.

the hotel offered free access to the zoo for three days, a highlight. my room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. i found easy access to shopping (with a rental car). the staff was helpful and friendly.

the hotel had a large swimming pool with a shaded area (appreciated in the heat!). the zoo itself offered many animal feeding experiences. i noticed a capybara right near the hotel entrance.

the hotel allows entry to the zoo without a fee. it gives many animal feed opportunities and kids adore it. the hotel gives breakfast room service that is pretty good. there is one pool for children to enjoy.
the floor was not mopped correctly so it was a little slippery.
