Emirates Park Resort, Abu Dhabi

I had an amazing time at the resort, especially being able to spend quality time with my family while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The zoo is part of the experience, making it quite unique and entertaining for everyone. The staff, particularly Saeed and his team, provided excellent service that really made us feel welcomed. Although the dining experience could be improved as it felt a bit limited, the overall value for the experience was fantastic.

My stay at the resort was memorable, especially with the unique access to the zoo and the engaging experiences offered. The rooms were spacious and offered great views of the animals, but I encountered some issues with the chalet I booked, which didn't turn out as expected. The staff were genuinely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our children's birthday celebration special. However, I found some dining options lacking in variety. Overall, it's a fun place for families but could use improvements in certain areas.
